Counterstrain Physical Therapists evaluate, prescribe and treat each client using a broad range of assessment tools & techniques based off of Counterstrain Therapy. Our therapist will provide follow up treatments, releases, and exercises as prescribed by a licensed Physical Therapist. These treatments are 45 minutes in length and can be prescribed up to three times per week depending on treatment prescription.

As the founder of 360 Physical Therapy, it has been Ike’s purpose in life to provide healing care to those who have been injured and are in pain. He approaches physical therapy through the lens of fascia and seeks to restore mobility & reduce pain through Strain-Counterstrain techniques. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy & Physiology and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Andrews University. He has completed extensive training in both Jones Strain Counterstrain and Fascial Counterstrain techniques and is board certified in Strain Counterstrain Techniques by the Jones Institute. Ike is highly involved with the Counterstrain Academy helping TA Residency Modules all over the globe. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The Bridge Back Project - designed to train more practitioners and make Counterstrain a more widely available treatment option for First Responders, Veterans, and Active Duty Military with Post Traumatic Stress Injuries

Ike’s services have been sought after by various world-class professional athletes ranging from professional runners to CrossFit Games Athletes.

Interests & Hobbies

Outside of fascia & counterstrain, Ike’s passions include CrossFit, volleyball, paintball, tennis, hiking, backpacking, camping. Above it all, his heart is most filled by spending time with God & his lovely daughters: Elena & Ally, and loved ones.
